If you’re successful at any appellate level, that is reconsideration or hearing level in front of the judge, the case ends, and you win. There’s no need to take any further appeals. Frankly, social security will revisit your claim and your finding anytime between three and eight years after the determination to see and make a determination as to whether you’re still disabled. However, if you win at any level, you win, and the case is over. Congratulations.
